 Outside of the pizza shop, the victims got into an altercation with a group that was already there. An acquaintance of the group reportedly got out of a nearby parked vehicle and shot them before fleeing southbound on 19th Avenue. 2 men were fatally shot in the head while sitting in a parked car in the city's Excelsior district
