  Oakland City Hall   Dellums Winner In Mayor Race
  Former congressman had enough votes to become the unofficial winner, with 50.18% of the vote
 Ron Dellums was above the threshold of 50% needed to avoid a runoff with City Council President Ignacio De La Fuente, who had 32.99% of the vote. City Councilwoman Nancy Nadel was a third with 10,928 votes (13.06%). The count had been delayed by the return to paper ballots
